Cake and Cupcakes Tower

This is a tower of cake and cupcakes made for the 10th anniversary of Akros Pharma.  At the top there is a french vanilla cake with vanilla pudding filling and vanilla buttercream icing covered by fondant.  The letters were handmade to match their logo in gum paste and fondant.  In the second tier there are vanilla cupcakes with white chocolate ganache buttercream, and vanilla and agave cupcakes with vanilla buttercream.  At the bottom, there are dark chocolate fudge cupcakes with white chocolate ganache buttercream topped with a variety of chocolate figures.  Everything was done in one night!
