These are a delicious chocolate cake and some yummy vanilla vegan cupcakes with milk-free vanilla buttercream and royal icing flowers. They didn't last long!   These cakes were made to show different techniques. On the first one, fondant, ribbon roses, rosettes. On the second one, fondant, royal icing flowers, basketweave, reverse shells. On the third one, fondant, fondant bow.    These french vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream icing were created for a demo. The flowers were made directly on the cupcakes with vanilla buttercream icing. This is a beautiful 2-tiered vanilla cake with chocolate pudding filling and vanilla buttercream icing that was made for a sweet and feminine lady on her 70th birthday.
