This is a vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream filling, covered in vanilla buttercream and fondant.  Handmade decorations were used to put on top and on the sides of the cake.  The birthday girl was very happy!!

This is a cake that has layers of vanilla and chocolate cake with vanilla pudding filling and covered in vanilla buttercream and fondant with handmade chocolate musical notes. 

These are a delicious chocolate cake and some yummy vanilla vegan cupcakes with milk-free vanilla buttercream and royal icing flowers.  They didn't last long!

This is a vanilla cake with coconut cream filling made for a welcome pool party.  The cake was covered in vanilla buttercream, fondant and cookies.  It was fun to make this cake!

Here we have a beautiful three tier cake and cupcakes made for my sister-in-law's baby shower. 

The first tier is a caramel vanilla cake with chocolate ganache buttercream filling and icing.  The second tier is a yellow cake with chocolate ganache buttercream filling and white chocolate buttercream icing.   The third tier is a buttery vanilla cake with vanilla custard filling and vanilla buttercream icing.  The three tiers are covered in fondant with fondant and royal icing decorations on top.  The cake includes gracious animals that were delicately molded by hand in fondant, a baby blanket with baby motives and a sign.

To compliment the scene there are buttery vanilla cupcakes as well covered with white chocolate buttercream and matching fondant flowers and decorations. 

These cakes were made to show different techniques.  On the first one, fondant, ribbon roses, rosettes.  On the second one, fondant, royal icing flowers, basketweave, reverse shells.  On the third one, fondant, fondant bow.

This is a tower of cake and cupcakes made for the 10th anniversary of Akros Pharma.  At the top there is a french vanilla cake with vanilla pudding filling and vanilla buttercream icing covered by fondant.  The letters were handmade to match their logo in gum paste and fondant.  In the second tier there are vanilla cupcakes with white chocolate ganache buttercream, and vanilla and agave cupcakes with vanilla buttercream.  At the bottom, there are dark chocolate fudge cupcakes with white chocolate ganache buttercream topped with a variety of chocolate figures.  Everything was done in one night!

This Zumba cake is so much fun!  It was created for the birthday party of two beautiful sisters who love Zumba.  It was actually the theme of the party. The top tier is a vanilla cake with chocolate ganache buttercream filling and vanilla buttercream icing.  The bottom tier is vanilla cake with white chocolate ganache buttercream filling and icing.  Both tiers are covered in fondant with decorations in fondant and gum paste.
