This Zumba cake is so much fun!  It was created for the birthday party of two beautiful sisters who love Zumba.  It was actually the theme of the party. The top tier is a vanilla cake with chocolate ganache buttercream filling and vanilla buttercream icing.  The bottom tier is vanilla cake with white chocolate ganache buttercream filling and icing.  Both tiers are covered in fondant with decorations in fondant and gum paste.

This birthday cake is a yellow cake with vanilla pudding filling covered in vanilla buttercream icing and fondant.

This is a beautiful 2-tiered vanilla cake with chocolate pudding filling and vanilla buttercream icing that was made for a sweet and feminine lady on her 70th birthday.  It has such a pretty arrangement of royal icing flowers with apple blossoms, primroses, chrysanthemus and pansies, and also some color flow butterflies.
